SoCo dinners are ticketed so we can remain small and focused on you.
Big restaurants can absorb late cancellations or no-shows; but when we only serve 12 people per seating, losing even a single table is significant. Additionally, we want to guarantee you have a table waiting for you when you arrive. Being small means the chef can scratch-make all your food; and we can raise or bring in limited and special ingredients, wines or beers because we don’t need a lot. Being small means our wine director can personally introduce you to our wine list and answer questions about the food.
In short, it means we the owners can personally make sure your time with us is delicious and memorable.
